THE DANCE RULES
Safety is not a footnote here. It is the whole dance.
Cuddle therapy only works when everyone knows exactly where the lines are. Our rules are written down, spoken aloud at the start of every session, and enforced without exception.

The form comes first
No touch happens before your Touch Authorisation Form is completed and confirmed. You choose the zones, the session style and your comfort level — in writing, every time.
Nothing below the waist — ever
Touch below the waist is never authorised, never requested and never permitted. This rule has no exceptions, for any member, facilitator or session type.
Only what you authorise
Hands, forearms, upper arms, shoulders and upper back may be included in a dance hold — but only the zones you ticked. Anything unticked is off limits for that session.
“Pause” and “Stop” always work
Every session shares two words. “Pause” slows everything down; “Stop” ends all contact instantly — no questions, no awkwardness, no explanation needed.
Facilitated, always
Sessions are led by one or more trained facilitators. They model the holds, watch the room, and step in the moment a boundary needs protecting.
Everyone belongs here
Members and facilitators of every gender, background, skin colour and faith are equally welcome. Respect for each other’s culture and comfort is part of the choreography.
